Interim Finance Business Partner (IT) - 6 Months+ - Warwickshire (Hybrid) - Circa £450/550 per day outside IR35

I have an immediate requirement for a candidate to join a large business as an Interim Finance Business Partner to focus specifically on partnering with IT. The business has seen significant change which has driven a focused requirement for a candidate who can support the business to ensure accurate billing on the TSA's.

Key Accountability's:

  • Partner with multiple areas of IT to deliver financial management activities.
  • Ensuring accurate billing of TSA services and delivery of financial reporting.
  • Lead planning activities including budgeting, forecasting and strategic business plans.
  • Identify and deliver initiatives to drive financial performance across IT.
  • Line management of a small team.
  • Lead matrix teams across the CFO function to ensure the delivery of high-quality finance delivery into IT.
  • Managing TSA service wind down and exit impacts against the TSA contracts.
  • Managing commercial disputes and escalations.

Key Experience Required:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc..)
  • Partnering and influencing senior stakeholders across IT and Finance.
  • Experience of working with IT functions / robust knowledge of IT.
  • Experience of delivering in a large complex, matrix structured change environment.
  • Extensive experience of financial reporting and financial modelling.
  • Leading contractual change management and governance activities.
  • Good understanding of IT commercial contracts.
  • Working with senior and external stakeholders.
