Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a national organisation to find two Employee Relations Advisors on an interim basis.
Although this role is a 12 month FTC, it could become permanent for the right candidate.
There are two positions available. The first ER Advisor position will be supporting line managers in the North region of the business covering sites based across the Midlands, North West, Scotland and surrounding areas.
The second ER Advisor will be supporting line managers in the South region of the business covering sites across London, Kent, Sussex and surrounding areas.
Some travel may be needed due to business critical needs, however most support will be provided remotely.
Your key responsibilities would be supporting line managers with complex ER cases, designing and implementing Employee Relations policies and procedures, providing first-line advice and capability building.
