Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a national organisation to find an Employee Relations Advisor on an interim basis.
Although this role is a 12 month FTC, it could become permanent for the right candidate.
As the Interim Employee Relations Advisor, you would be supporting line managers in the North region of the business covering sites based across the Midlands, North West, Scotland and the surrounding areas. Some travel may be needed due to business critical needs, however most support will be provided remotely.
Your key responsibilities would be supporting line managers with complex ER cases, designing and implementing Employee Relations policies and procedures, providing first-line advice and capability building.
