Hours: Standard 8.30- 5pm & Friday 8.30- 4pm
Gleeson Recruitment are currently working with a manufacturing business based in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to support the growth of the company and provide the highest levels of customer service.
- Experience with in a commercial setting
- 2- 3 years customer services experience within an office setting
- Positive working attitude
- Team player
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multitask
- Handling all inbound and outbound calls
- Liaising with different departments to coordinate delivery
- Investigating customer complaints
- Inputting sales orders accurately
