I have a fantastic opportunity for a Influencer Marketing Executive to join a dynamic and fast paced retail business based in Tamworth. Due to a sustained period of growth this is a brand new role to the business, and will be responsible for building and scaling a dynamic influencer strategy to drive growth and brand awareness.

Working closely with the Social Specialist and Content Creator you will develop creative influencer campaigns across a range of social channels. This role will suit someone who has a passion for all things influencer marketing and loves staying on top of social trends.

  • Define and implement an effective influencer and ambassador strategy to drive brand awareness and improve conversion rates for individual brands.
  • Maintain the monthly influencer calender, including outreach, briefing and gifting.
  • Identify potential influencers and build a targeted influencer database, be the daily point of contact for suitable influencers ensuring they are bought into the brand.
  • Regular reporting to measure the success of influencer activity through conversion rates, ROI and engagement.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, specifically across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Work closely with the wider digital team to bring influencer campaigns to life, ensuring all brand guidelines are adhered to.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience within a similar Influencer role.
  • Good knowledge of social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook).
  • Excellent relationship management skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy influencer calender and meet multiple deadlines.
  • A passion for all things digital, with the ability to spot emerging trends.
  • Commercially driven, with the ability to spot opportunity for commercial growth.

Hybrid Working - 2 days a week in the office / 3 from home.
