In-House Employment Lawyer role 1-4 years PQE
Salary c.£45,000 - £50,000 and the opportunity to broaden your HR career.
Rare opportunity for a qualified Employment lawyer to move in-house and join a supportive team and broaden their HR/ER exposure.
With office locations in Hertfordshire and Yorkshire you can be based in either, or open to largely WFH options with occasional travel as and when.
The role will cover the full spectrum of employment work working closely with the wider ER team.
You will provide guidance on a range of sensitive and complex HR related issues including policies, processes, ER cases, Tribunal claims, regulatory matters and TUPE.
You will enjoy building key relationships across the business, provide training and coaching and offer pragmatic, commercial HR advice.
The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years PQE gained in a respondent environment (either in house or practice)
You will a strong communicator with excellent prioritisation skills and a flexible approach.
