Job Title: HR Shared Services Manager
Location: Coventry - Hybrid (2 days wfh)
Salary package: ~£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
I am recruiting for an HR Shared Services Manager to join an operational organisation based in Coventry. You will lead a team of HR assistants to provide first-line support for over 3000 employees nationally.
Ideally, you will:
- Have experience of working in a Shared Service Centre
- Have a sound knowledge of UK Employment Law
- Have experience working in an operational setting
- Be experienced managing a team
- Work in a proactive and service driven way
- Understand HR Data and analysis of reports
- Stakeholder management experience
- Have experience of overseeing payroll teams
