I am currently recruiting for an experienced HR TUPE Lead to manage a large scale incoming TUPE of around 600 employees.
You should have experience of:
- Leading incoming TUPE projects
- Planning and carrying out TUPE consultation meetings
- Managing Employee Liability Information
- Managing relationships and processes internally and externally
- Working collaboratively as part of a project team
- Partnering with other parts of the business to deliver an aligned project plan
This is Fixed Term Contract from April 2023 to February 2024 and will require you to have occasional travel to London.
