Are you looking to be part of a business who is expanding and developing, and be part of a collaborative, driven HR team? If so, this is a newly created role to support the Senior HR Business Partner as HR Project Support Manager. Salary up to £50k. Currently remote based until restrictions lift, then on site in Birmingham, with flexibility to work from home.
As HR Project Support Manager you will support and lead on a variety of company-wide People led projects. As a growing and acquisitive business this can cover a range of areas including annual gender pay reviews, implementation of a new performance management process and future acquisitions. This role will also be responsible for managing the apprenticeship levy to its full potential, ensuring the on-going development of employees. The role will line manage one HR employee too.
CIPD Level 7, or equivalent, as a HR generalist you will enjoy delivering HR projects, be able to use your initiative to ensure successful delivery. You will have worked within a multi-sited business, and have the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. You will be comfortable in delivering business cases to the Exec Board.
