As an experienced HR Operations Manager, are you looking for an opportunity to shape and manage a small team to deliver the organisations employee life-cycle administration. Based in Milton Keynes, up to £50k + Car Allowance.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing a small team to provide administrative support to the organisation across a number of sites, across the employee life-cycle. You will also have site responsibility for managing employee relations issues, and building a good relation with the on-site Union. This role will include developing internal SLA's and KPI's across the organisation.
As an experienced HR Operations Manager, you will have demonstrable experience of implementing strong HR processes and procedures, the ability to develop strong stakeholder relations and strong employee relations knowledge. A mix of working with blue and white-collar client groups is essential.
