Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Telford area (fully on-site)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full time, 8 - 4.30

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a nationwide operational organisation to find a proactive, experienced HR Officer to join their developing team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing generalist advice for all employees across the business
• Supporting managers on all Employee Relation issues such as disciplinaries, grievances and poor performance reviews
• Help drive change within the large organisation
• Managing and supporting a HR advisor within your team

Ideally, you will have/ be:

• Extensive experience in ER
• The passion to drive change within a business
• Proactive
• Resilient
• Experience working within an operations business
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
