Job Title: HR Officer

Location: North Birmingham

Salary: £30,000 - £34,000

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with an award-winning manufacturing business to find an HR Officer to join their busy HR team.

You will be based in the office 4 days per week with flexibility to work from home once a week.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing transactional HR admin support

- Assisting with recruitment and selection activities

- Organising and conducting new starter HR inductions

- Liaising with management and employees

- Supporting HR projects

- Providing HR advise on employee related matters

- Leading capability based casework

- Supporting the National HR Manager

Ideally, to support your success in the role, you will have:

- Proven experience of working in HR Advisor/Officer capacity previously

- Sound knowledge of employment law

- Experience of working in an advisory capacity to support employee relations

- Accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to manage own workload

- Experience of implementing policy, legislation and best practice
