Job Title: Interim HR Officer

Location: Birmingham City Centre (predominantly on site with some flexibility)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Hours: Full time and Part time opportunities available

*3 month contract*

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of shared HR inbox
  • Drafting employee contracts
  • Assisting with the management of HR process such as sickness and absence
  • Providing support to employees and managers with HR related queries
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Managing HR systems and ensuring that all data is kept up to date and correct

Ideally, you will have:

  • Experience working as a HR administrator/ HR Officer
  • Experience working in an education background
  • Recruitment experience
  • A keen interest in developing skills in HR
  • Good IT skills
  • Available immediately
