Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Solihull - Hybrid working

Salary: up to £50,000 plus car allowance and bonus

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently supporting a large British brand to find an HR Manager to join their diverse HR Team.

You will be responsible for supporting all Corporate Functions with a variety of HR initiatives, whilst partnering with Senior Stakeholders to be the HR expert!

Supporting on all matters from onboarding, succession plans and pay reviews, you will build relationships with stakeholders to be the trusted HR manager. Ideally you will have worked with Corporate Functions before, with proven experience of advising and partnering with stakeholders in a demanding environment.
