An opportunity to shape and develop the HR function, has arisen for a growing SME Financial Services organisation.
As the HR Manager, based from Birmingham - £40-45k - you will work with the Executive and Senior Management Teams, providing advice and guidance across the full generalist remit. As HR Manager, you will devise and implement HR policies and procedures, work with Managers around Employee Relations issues, lead on training and development initiatives, as well as look at Reward and lead on HR Projects.
As an experienced HR Manager, ideally from a Financial Services background you will have experience of developing and implementing HR policies and processes and providing sound advice from an ER perspective. You will have a level of flexibility to work, as with an International remit there will be times when you will be called on, outside of 9-5 hours, to support other sites.
