If this sounds like what you are looking for then I am currently looking to recruit for an Interim HR Manager Role based in Central London for a Global Media company. The role will be for a 12-month period covering maternity leave and will require the candidate to be in place by December.
With a creative/media background, you will manage the day to day HR Operational activities for the London office.
As a HR Generalist you will get involved in various projects which will include compensation and benefits, flexible working, GDPR and updating performance reviews. You will have a strong ER background as well as experience around talent, succession planning and learning and development.
You will need to be commercially focused, resilient and have the gravitas to work in an extremely fast paced environment. It is essential that you can develop strong relationships and demonstrate influencing skills to support the business.
Please note this role requires creative industry experience, any candidates who do not meet the criteria will not be considered.
