Role: HR Coordinator

Hours: Full Time Hours

Location: Hybrid and Birmingham City Centre

Gleeson Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a client who are looking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their team based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive HR team, to assist them with a variety of HR related activities and supporting adhoc projects.

For this role you will be working closely with the South East team, supporting them

The Role

  • Managing the HR inbox and resolving queries
  • Managing the new starter process from start to finish
  • Leaver process
  • Creating reports and managing the payroll process
  • Managing the employee filing system
  • Working closely with the HR team and supporting at all times

Ideal Experience

  • HR Administration experience in a busy and fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in an HR environment within an organisation that recognises Trade Unions and Staff Forums is highly desirable
  • Can demonstrate employment law knowledge
  • Proactive and professional
  • Works well independently but also as team
