Working in a small and friendly office environment, you will report to the office manager and split your time between HR responsibilities and general office administration.
This role requires a versatile individual who can effectively manage their time and work on various activities. Key responsibilities will vary but include:
Contacting and liaising with potential new employees
Improving internal systems and processes to increase the number of new hires
Assisting the office manager with administrative duties
Arranging interviews
Preparing employment contracts and offer letters
Organising and maintaining personnel records
Updating internal databases and ensuring data is stored and processed properly
Monitoring absence data in line with policy and escalate appropriately
Supporting on employee relations, taking notes in formal meetings and investigations
Being the first point of contact for HR queries and support
Support the Payroll Team with any pay queries
