HR Contracts Administrator - 3-6 months temporary role - High Wycombe

Hybrid working (currently all working from home, due to COVID restrictions, but will be 2 days a week back in the office, when restrictions are lifted)

To start: ASAP

Our High Wycombe based client, is an established, well-recognised brand, who need a temporary HR Contracts Administrator to join the experienced team, initially for 3-6 months to cover a high level of workload. Working at their Centre of Excellence, (but currently working from home) we are helping to recruit an HR Contracts Administrator to join the existing team of 10 in HR, to support them through a very busy time. Ideally you will offer previous and recent solid HR experience, ideally within contracts and reviewing contracts and be able to hit the ground running.

This is a superb time to be joining our client, as they have recently enjoyed some very successful years and need to add to the current friendly HR Team with a temporary HR Contracts Administrator. Longer term permanent roles could also be on offer, for the right candidate.

Your role will be varied and interesting and the HR Contracts Administrator duties will include:

- Supporting the HR Team with various duties - mainly to review the existing contracts for all levels of employee

- Updating the relevant systems with existing and new contracts

- Sending out of new employee contracts to new starters

- Re-issuing revised contracts as and when needed, to both existing staff and recently TUPE'd staff, following various acquisitions

- Handling changes to contracts and uploading any information

- Providing weekly HR reports

- Using the in-house systems daily

- Ad-hoc duties

This is a really superb role for candidates who are immediately available, or available at short notice, who want to work in a really friendly HR team, where you will receive full support. Ideally you will offer a stable, varied HR Contracts Administration background and be able to start this rat short notice. My client will move quickly on CV's and interviews, so potentially you could start before Christmas, or in the New Year. This role initially will be working from home, but as and when COVID restrictions relax, you will be in the office 2 days per week and my client offers very modern offices and are within all good transport links. Please contact me for further information.
