I am working with a highly acquisitive organisation who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their collaborative and supportive HR team, to lead on acquisitions and full integration into the organisation from a people perspective.
Birmingham based organisation, hybrid working with occasional travel to newly acquired organisations.
Circa £60k + Benefits.
As the HR Business Partner - Acquisitions you will manage the due diligence, highlighting risks to the organisation, you will manage the TUPE transfers in. For any acquisition you will be the ambassador for the company so building relationships and excellent communication skills are necessary to successfully facilitate the on-boarding of new employees.
You will also be the HR Business Partner for these acquisitions for the first few months and therefore advise and guide around the full generalist HR remit. You may also lead on projects or other Business as usual opportunities.
As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be able to demonstrate excellent communication, and relationship building skills, and specifically managed Acquisitions and TUPE on a regular basis.
