Hybrid working - 2/3 days on site at HO in Staffordshire with some occasional travel to London Office.
Reporting into the HR Director as HR Business Partner you will manage a number of key senior stakeholders, and you will re-embed a Business Partnering approach with them. As HR Business Partner you will support your Business areas through digitalisation from a people perspective around organisational design, capability, retention and engagement.
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, you will be able to demonstrate where you have developed strong stakeholder relations. You will be able to evidence where you have managed change and transformation within an operational environment.
