I am currently recruiting for an Interim HR Business Partner on a 12-month FTC for an organisation in Birmingham City Centre.
Ideally, you will have worked in an HRBP capacity before and will have experience of partnering with key stakeholders and senior management teams. This is an opportunity to work in a generalist role with focuses in the contract around:
- succession planning
- employee relations
- coaching & development
- recruitment support
- workforce planning
- and much more!
Preferably, you will be a proactive BP with the ability to influence and work with high volume workloads.
