Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge in a growing organisation? £50-55k + Benefits. Hybrid working with 1-2 days home-working and 3-4 on-site in South Birmingham.
Reporting into the HR Director, as HR Business Partner you will partner with a small, geographically dispersed employee base. With this being a new role for this area of the business it will be about embedding the benefits of a Business Partner approach, establishing processes - ensuring consistency across the organisation around HR processes and systems. The role will set up HR measures around absence, recruitment and attrition etc to ensure HR is developed to support future business growth. As HR Business Partner you will work closely with Senior Managers around development, succession, employee relations and other HR projects.
CIPD Level 7, or equivalent you will be experienced in working in an operational sector, and used to working with a level of ambiguity. The role may require occasional travel to other sites.
