Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a Birmingham based manufacturer to find an HR Business Partner to support their Sales and Marketing division.
Your role will include:
- partnering with senior leaders and key stakeholders
- analysing business strategy and HR strategy to implement division wide initiatives
- implementing development and succession plans
- coaching managers through ER caseloads and supporting on COMPLEX cases

Ideally, you will have:
- proven experience of working to HRBP level or equivalent
- experience of the manufacturing sector
- solid UK employment law knowledge
- high level partnering and communication skills
- experience of supporting high volume sales teams
