Are you an experienced HR Business Partner/ Manager who enjoys working in a varied and busy HR role with autonomy for an Operational site? Based in Birmingham. Salary £47-50k + Benefits. On-site role - 5 days.
Reporting into the UK HR Manager, you will work with the Senior Management team for the site providing advice and guidance across the full employee cycle, including on-boarding, employee relations, engagement and development and associated paperwork/admin. The role will be around stream-lining current processes and managing HR projects. The site is unionised.
CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, you will have worked in an operational environment, and with the role being stand alone you will be responsible for the full breadth from developing senior stakeholder relations to preparing new starter packs and leavers paperwork.
