Are you looking for the next step in your HR Business Partnering role? My client is looking for a HR Business Partner on the upward curve of their career looking to develop the remit of their HR Business Partner experience. £45-50k + Benefits - Hybrid working with an expectation to be on-site 3 days of the week.
Reporting into the Head of People, as HR Business Partner you will have accountability for this large and growing site, with a small team reporting into you. You will be instrumental in shaping the People strategy for the site including Talent, Recruitment, On-boarding, Engagement and Performance as well as Employee Relations.
To be successful in the role you will be excited by the opportunity to develop the People Strategy for your site, and develop your Team. Your background will have been within the Logistics/ Manufacturing/ Distribution sectors and you will have a generalist background with strong Recruitment, Employee Relations and Engagement experience. You will be able to evidence your strong commercial approach.
