Reporting into the MD for the two sites, as HR Business Partner you will drive performance across the two sites. £60-65k + Benefits. You will be based from one of the sites with weekly travel to the other. Sites are in Hertfordshire and South Essex.
This opportunity has arisen at an exciting time, with the development of a new flagship site for the organisation, and as HR Business Partner you will lead from the People Plan around this.
You will provide full generalist support to the MD and Exec Team including Change Management, review and development of policies and procedures, Performance, Talent Management and Engagement, as well as Employee Relations.
With experience of working with commercial information and translating that into an effective people plan you will be an experienced HR Business Partner, used to developing strong stakeholder relations and driving change.
