A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional HR Business Partner to join this Global organisation, to be based from Bedford, covering the Southern Region. Salary up to £44k + Car.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will have responsibility for 5 sites across the South, and provide full generalist support to the Managers across this business area. This will include building management capability, resource planning, managing HR KPI's - absence/ attrition/ retention - employee relations, as well as Talent Management and Succession Planning. You will also lead around TUPE, as and when needed.
CIPD qualified, or equivalent, you will have operated as a Regional HR Business Partner within a Manufacturing or Logistics environment previously. You will have managed TUPE's. You will be able to demonstrate a flexible working style dependent on stakeholders.
