Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join a fabulous HR team based in Aston! This is a brilliant role for someone who has worked within a HR or recruitment role for 1 - 2 years and has strong attention to detail!

We are looking for a proactive, driven and ambitious individual who is keen to develop their HR career with a reputable brand.

The Role

• Processing all new starters, issuing contracts of employment
• Supporting payroll processes
• Managing the HR inbox and responding to all HR enquiries
• Supporting with the production of HR reports

• Experience working in a busy HR or recruitment role
• Strong attention to detail
• Super proactive and organised
• Exceptionally organised
