We are looking to recruit a HR Assistant to provide outstanding administrative tasks and services to support our clients HR Department through the entire employee life cycle and contribute to make their company a great place to work!

The Role

  • Recruitment administration, managing the recruitment inbox and sending across Cvs to the recruitment manager
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating monthly payroll
  • Liaising with external benefits providers (pension, medical insurance)
  • Create and issues joiners and leavers packs
  • Carry out inductions with new hires
  • Process leavers
  • Responding to ad hoc queries on a day to day basis

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years' experience withing an HR environment
  • Payroll knowledge (advantageous )
  • Somebody that has experience of HR processes and procedures
  • Professional individual
  • Super organised with a high level of accuracy
  • Self motivated with strong problem skills
  • Passionate about delivering first class service
