We are looking to recruit a HR Assistant to provide outstanding administrative tasks and services to support our clients HR Department through the entire employee life cycle and contribute to make their company a great place to work!
The Role
- Recruitment administration, managing the recruitment inbox and sending across Cvs to the recruitment manager
- Scheduling interviews
- Coordinating monthly payroll
- Liaising with external benefits providers (pension, medical insurance)
- Create and issues joiners and leavers packs
- Carry out inductions with new hires
- Process leavers
- Responding to ad hoc queries on a day to day basis
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2 years' experience withing an HR environment
- Payroll knowledge (advantageous )
- Somebody that has experience of HR processes and procedures
- Professional individual
- Super organised with a high level of accuracy
- Self motivated with strong problem skills
- Passionate about delivering first class service
