We are looking to speak to Reward Specialists for a 12 month FTC based in Telford.
Working for a global business, a leader in their field, you will work as part of the HR team in a business partnering role where you will lead and develop the Reward Strategy.
As the HR Business Partner for Reward your role will include: Pay & Rewards, Talent and Performance, Employee Engagement and Diversity and inclusion. With strong stakeholder management experience, you must have the ability to influence outcomes with a proven track record of delivering excellence.
CIPD qualified, you must have the following:
- Extensive experience of operating in a business partner model
- Strong understanding of pay and rewards systems
- Experience of MI and Data reporting
- Experience of change management projects
- Ability to manage complex HR initiatives, proven project management skills
