Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting a global manufacturing company based in Bilston, looking for a HR & Recruitment Assistant supporting the HR team on a FTC. Reporting directly into the HR Manager the successful candidate can expect a salary between £23,000 - £26,000 per annum.

The primary responsibility of the role will be to provide proactive and day-to-day administration support for key HR & Recruitment related activity.
The business offer hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home 2 x per week.

The Role:

  • Support the recruitment process (sourcing candidates, interviews, advertise jobs, communicating with hiring managers and candidates)
  • Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding process
  • Support with employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, absence, holidays etc)
  • Assist with references, DBS and right to work checks

The Candidate:

  • Experience of worked within a busy administrative role
  • Previous recruitment experience is essential
  • Previous experience of working in an HR environment is essential
  • Experience of working with HR systems
  • Ability to work well under pressure and work towards deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
