Reporting into the MD of this growing Retail, SME business as HR and Payroll Coordinator you will manage the Payroll Assistant, and have full responsibility for administration of both HR and payroll. The role is based from South Coventry, with some travel to sites. Salary is up to £35k.
As the HR and Payroll Coordinator, you will provide generalist support and guidance to Managers around Recruitment, Employee Relations - Disciplinaries and Grievances, and coaching and developing the Managers around their capability. You will manage the monthly payroll.
You will also support site openings and closures.
As an experienced HR and Payroll professional you will be used to working autonomously, and have experience of managing payroll and also strong Employment Law knowledge.
