Are you a HR Analyst who is confident in collecting, compiling and analysing data into a report format.
My client is looking for a confident individual who is able to apply data related to legal compliance; furthermore ensuring the data is accurate and timely on the HR System.
You will also be required to assist with conducting classification audits to ensure that tasks are being conducted correctly for compliance and legal purposes along with adhoc governance documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organisations HRIS, payroll, and similar employee management software.
