I am currently working exclusively with a Global organisation in Birmingham to recruit an HR Advisor as a new addition to the team.
Ideally, you will have done an HR Advisor role in an operational/engineering setting previously. You will have experience in all aspects of HR but will specifically have:
- strong stakeholder management experience
- experience of the recruitment processes
- knowledge of UK employment law and legislation
- experience of working on engagement
- worked on developing policies and processes
There is a requirement to travel to multiple sites within the business but this is dependent on business needs, without a weekly requirement.
