*Calling all HR Advisors based in Birmingham*

I am working in partnership with an organisation to find an HR Advisor to join their team on a fixed term basis (10 months) based in Birmingham. Hybrid working available with a salary up to £31,000.

As an HR advisor your day-to-day tasks would include:

• Assisting HR Business Partner to coach and mentor line managers on all Employee Relation matters
• Supporting all stages of the recruitment and selection process
• Producing all employment related correspondence
• Updating HR and Payroll system
• Collaborating with the HR BP to review and update HR policies

Ideally, you will have some experience working within an HR role previously.
