I am pleased to be working in partnership with a manufacturing business to find an HR advisor to join their team based in North Birmingham. Salary up to £36k, with hybrid working available.

As an HR Advisor, you would be assisting on generalist tasks whilst working on projects such as recruitment, induction, employee engagement and HR system implementation.

The company is currently going through a period of growth meaning there are exciting opportunities to support and collaborate with the Head of HR on projects and policy implementation.

Ideally, you will be resilient and will have worked as an HR advisor in a similar sector previously.
