I am working with a multi-sited manufacturing organisation based in Crewkerne who are looking for an HR advisor to join their team on a full-time basis. With hybrid working but the occasional need to travel to other sites nationally. £30k - £35k.

As an HR Advisor you will be supporting the day-to-day running of the HR department, providing support and advice to employees of all levels across the business. You will be heavily involved in the implementation of a new HR system and will support the HR manager with policy development.

As an experienced HR Advisor, you will be used to managing an ER case-load and will have some experience with system implementation. Level 5 CIPD or equivalent is desirable.
