Job title: HR Advisor

Location: Coventry (hybrid - 2 days in office)

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a national organisation to find an HR Advisor to join their Shared Service Centre.

Your key responsibilities will be:

- Providing first line support for all HR queries

- Advising and supporting managers on Employee Relations issues

- Collaborating with a wider HR team

- Delivering transactional HR processes and compliance

Ideally you will have / be:

- Experience advising on complex Employee Relations cases

- Confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels

- Experience working within a Shared Service Centre
