Are you looking for your next HR Advisor role with a company based in Leicestershire?
A great opening has arisen within the HR Team of a manufacturing company based in Leicestershire who is a market leader in what they do.
The role is a full-time position with the opportunity of hybrid working.
What will you be doing
- Case management of employer relations within the company
- Working on consultation processes
- Working processes for any changes within the company
- Administration duties, including administration of the company Employer Relations
- Process tickets raised on the business's new ticketing system
- A key driver across a variety of projects within the HR division.
- Providing general support to other HR Advisors
What do we need from you?
- Previous experience in case management
- Experience working in employer relations
- Time Management
- Works well in a team
- Strong Personality
- Hit the ground running
