Predominantly working from home with occasional office days. The office is based in Lichfield.

Gleeson Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading client in their industry, in the search for a HR Advisor! It is essential that you are able to hit the ground running and have experience working within a high volume HR role.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality ER Advisory and Case Management service.

The Role

• Advice and support on all ER cases
• Supporting disciplinaries, grievances, attendance reviews
• Advice and investigate complex situations
• Logging and reporting cases
• Develop and implement HR polices and procedures

Ideal Candidate

• ER advisory experience
• Experience of managing complex ER cases
• Level 6 Qualification or relevant experience
• Able to hit the ground running
• Proactive and team player
• Thrive under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
