Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus benefits

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with the nations number 1 travel organisation to find an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing HR function.

Some role responsibilities include:

- coaching managers through employee relations

- providing first-line advice and guidance on best practice in respect of company policy

- preparing and delivering HR related training courses

- consulting on specialist projects, e.g. TUPE, restructures

Ideally, you will have experience of these responsibilities in your current or previous roles. You will also have:

- experience of working in an organisation that recognises Trade Unions and Staff Forums

- ability to demonstrate employment law and legislation knowledge

- ability to demonstrate a customer and commercial focus approach

- ability to travel between sites as per role requirements
