Job Title: HR Advisor

Location: Kings Norton, Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a Birmingham based Logistics company to find an experienced HR Advisor.

An example of some of the key responsibilities are:

- providing support and advice to managers around employment law, policies and procedures

- supporting with disciplinaries, grievances and absence management

- proactively recommending policy/procedure changes when necessary

- assisting with identification of training needs and supporting the co-ordination

- developing recruitment strategies and ensure selection activity is in line with legislation

- preparation of monthly payroll instructions

- assisting with salary reviews and bonus schemes

- generalist HR activity

- and much more!

Ideally you will have:

- Experience of working within an HR Advisor capacity

- Experience of working within a logistics or manufacturing industry

- Sound knowledge of UK employment law

- Experience of using HR databases
