Are you an experienced HR Generalist, with a retail or hospitality background, looking for a new opportunity in the Worcestershire area?

Reporting into the Group HR Manager, you will provide a first class, HR service out to the business. As the first point of call for any HR queries, you will offer best practice generalist support, advice and guidance on HR policy and people issues, supporting approximately 300 employees across up to 3 sites

This brand new role will include recruitment, talent management, succession planning, coaching, training and development and general HR administrative support

Key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role:

  • Full implementation of HR processes (reward, resourcing, performance management, talent, learning, employee relations & engagement)
  • Employee Relations and Performance Management activities
  • Supporting recruitment, talent, and succession activities to aid the delivery of HR strategy and support organisational change
  • Working closely with Heads Of Departments to manage rotas and payroll
  • Accurately maintaining records on the HR System

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in generalist HR role within a retail or hospitality environment
  • Having the ability to challenge and coach operational management
  • Comfortable working operationally in a HR role
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified
  • Analytical mindset, confident using HR Systems, MS Excel and analysing data
  • Flexibility in your approach
  • Positive & approachable manner
