As HR Advisor, you will advise, guide and coach Managers around employee relations matters. This will include absence, managing long-term sickness, disciplinaries and grievances. As an organisation who like to resolve issues at their early stages, there will be support around informal conversations to resolve issues before they are escalated. You will manage the process up to, and including Dismissal stage. You will provide the organisation metrics around employee relations KPI's. There will also be the opportunity to be involved with Engagement initiatives, Well-being and Recruitment.
Level 5 CIPD, or equivalent, you will have strong ER/ EL knowledge and practical application, and will have coached and developed Managers to improve their capability.
