Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking to have site responsibility for an FMCG business? Up to £37.5k + Bonus.

Based in Tiverton - on site 4 days, 1 day from home.

Reporting into the HR Manager (who is based from a different site) as HR Advisor you will work closely with the Site Leadership Team, supporting and advising around all elements of a HR generalist role. This will include supporting and co-ordinating recruitment, managing ER cases, including grievances and up to dismissals, inductions and managing starters and leavers, supporting change. As HR Advisor you will also have the opportunity to support broader HR projects. You will also have HR Admin support from colleagues based from another site.

As an experienced HR Advisor you will have worked in an operational business, and enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative, geographically spread HR team. You will have experience of ER up to Dismissals, and you will enjoy managing a variety of HR responsibilities at anyone time.
