Gleeson Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a professional services business based in Dudley to find an HR Advisor to join their team. Offering a salary of up to £35k and 4 days required on site.
As HR Advisor you will be getting involved in a range of HR generalist tasks but with a special focus on recruitment. Your main duties will be:
- managing the end-to-end recruitment process from creating job descriptions, posting job adverts, sourcing candidates, interviewing and assessment centres
- managing an ER caseload
- supporting on a range of HR projects
- guiding and supporting managers on a range of HR queries
- line managing a recruitment admin
To be successful in this role you must have both HR and recruitment experience and be comfortable with a 60% recruitment / 40% HR generalist split.
