Gleeson Recruitment Group are working with an organisation based in the Cambridge area to find an HR Advisor to join their team. Offering a salary of up to £35k, and 4 days required on site.

As HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

• managing an ER caseload
• providing first line support on all HR related queries
• training and up-skilling managers
• supporting with a range of HR projects such as reviewing and improving recruitment and induction processes
• providing monthly reports to senior management on holiday and absence

You will have experience managing an ER caseload previously. CIPD is desired but not essential.
