Are you an experienced HR Administrator - SSC who enjoys working in a busy Manufacturing company? Salary up to £32k + Benefits, based near Burton with some travel nationally to other sites.

As HR Administrator you will work as part of the Shared Services Team, providing advice and guidance to Managers across numerous sites. This will mostly be over the phone, but on occasion will require travel to site.

The advice and guidance will be around employee relations issues, delivering the HR strategy, overseeing and organising the UK Training plans for sites and working closely with occupational health. You will also issue contracts of employment, queries around absence, and other policies.

As an experienced HR Administrator - SSC you will be used to working with a busy workload, managing multiple ER cases, managing admin, working to SLA's. Strong systems experience is essential. You must have worked within Manufacturing/ Automotive.

Whilst based near Burton, there will be a requirement to travel to national sites as and when.
